What are credits?
At PhotoUp, we use credits to edit your images. Each month, you select a plan with a certain number of credits that you will use throughout the month. We have lots of different plan sizes with a varying number of credits so you can find the plan that's perfect for you!

Cost Per Image
We charge 1 credit per exposure that you send us (except for HDR images, they only cost 1 credit per final edited image).

1 Exposure / HDR
1 credit to edit single exposures or HDR images (bracketed exposures blended together using an HDR program). We recommend going this route if you are looking for a cost effective and high quality editing solution.

2 Exposures (Masking)
2 credits if you would like to send us 1 exposure for the interior of the room and 1 exposure for the views through the windows. Our team will manually clip out the window views and pull them into your final image. This is great for homes with magnificent window views of mountains, oceans, or city skylines and can be added on a per photo basis.

3+ Exposures (Manual Blending)
3+ credits if you prefer to send us multiple exposures that you currently blend together yourself in Photoshop. We work with you to learn your specific editing requirements and preferences so that our team can match your editing style as closely as possible. This option is great for those high end photographers looking to have our team do the "heavy lifting" before delivering their real estate or architectural photography to their high end client.
Cost varies based on editing time for your process, with most clients falling in the 3-5 credit range per final manually blended image.

Panorama Stitching
We charge 3 credits for editing and stitching together panorama images. Ideal if you offer aerial photography or 360 tours.

Rollover Credits
We get it, sometimes you're not quite as busy as you thought you would be. Don't worry, we let you roll over any unused credits up to a maximum of 20% of your pre-paid credits.
For example, our Lite Plan comes with 500 credits, therefore you would be able to rollover up to 100 of those credits into the following month (20% of 500).

Overage Credits
If you go over your allotment of credits for the month, we've got you covered! Once your credits are used up, you can still continue uploading and you will be charged for the extra credits you use on your next monthly bill. Overage credits range in price from $1.75 to $1.10 depending on what plan size you choose. The larger your plan, the cheaper your overage credits!

PhotoUp Editing Software
All of our editors are proficient in Photoshop, Lightroom, and Adobe Camera RAW. We are happy to work with other third party software programs, however we would ask that you split the cost of purchasing this software with PhotoUp (50/50).
