Who You Are:

PhotoUp is looking for a marketing ninja who has a passion for working collaboratively with a purposeful company. Strong candidates will bring 2-4 years of sales and marketing experience and a deep desire to work with an international team. Furthermore, this person is a strong leader, relationship builder, and communicator who thrives on delivering excellence, engaging new partners, and figuring out new and creative ways to discover clients.

Responsibilities

– Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with potential clients

– Follow up on client engagements via email, phone, and social media

– Establish new sales channels and partnerships

– Foster existing partnerships and relationships with clients

Sales and Marketing

– Responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close

– Understand the client’s business goals and assist them in creating a pathway to success using the PhotoUp platform

– Ability to work with operations and creative departments to ensure the success of client onboarding

– Establish additional partner organizations for the sales funnel

– Achieve & exceed monthly sales goals

– Manage and update the sales database

Qualifications

– A four-year college degree is required. The emphasis on Marketing or Business Management

– 1 year of international and cross-cultural work experience is highly desirable

– High-level writing skills and ability to communicate effectively with others

– Bright, energetic individual committed to finding innovative solutions to sales and marketing

– Self-starter and self-disciplined

– Relationally driven, compassionate, and professional

– Success in roles requiring execution of multiple tasks while responding to multiple priorities

– Flexible and creative when it comes to problem-solving and conflict resolution

– Understanding and ability to review, analyze, and make adjustments to Google Adwords and Google Analytics

– Familiarity with Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, and other emerging social media platforms
