Pricing

Photo Delivery requires a Folio account, which can be created within your PhotoUp account. Our members receive exclusive $5/month pricing with Folio for unlimited photo deliveries each month, which includes up to 10GB of storage and all plans are month-to-month.

For photo deliveries using the premium Pay-to-Download feature, Folio charges a 1% transaction fee with a max fee of $10 per transaction. There is no transaction fee for deliveries that do not use Pay-to-Download.

Sharing Permissions

Photo Delivery boasts powerful permissions allowing a photographer to choose View Only, View & Download (no payment required), or Pay-to-Download options. Pay-to-Download can be set on a per-user basis or as a one-time payment unlocking download privileges for other users the album is shared with.

Stripe

Pay-to-Download uses the industry-leading Stripe platform to process online payments, allowing all payments from clients to be deposited straight to the photographer’s bank account with a typical processing time of two business days. Stripe charges the industry-standard credit card processing fee of 2.9% plus 30 cents per transaction.

Full Integration

Finally, thanks to the full integration between PhtoUp and Folio, photographers can also deliver some but not all photos from any PhotoUp order and even add additional photos to a Folio album from PhotoUp after revisions are done if photos were already delivered to a client.

Photo Delivery also comes with integration into PhotoUp’s Clients panel. For orders which already have a client assigned to them from the uploader, Photo Delivery is truly one-click. Other standard features such as watermarks also are fully compatible with Folio.

All subscription accounts of any size plan (Basic through Large Team) have the ability to activate the Team settings in their accounts:

The Team Manager allows photographers to grow their team by adding additional real estate photographers to their current PhotoUp account. By utilizing the Team Manager, your associate photographers will receive the same editing style so that you can keep the final look of your images consistent, no matter who is shooting the real estate photos. This also helps to keep your editing style and process hidden so that your personalized style  is removed from your associate photographers. This helps to ensure that your associate photographers cannot steal your “secret sauce” and begin competing directly against you in the future.

If you are currently using the Team Manager settings or would like to begin adding new associate photographers onto your team, below are some step by step instructions on how to set this up and begin inviting in your associate photographers:

1. Enter all of the required information in the Team Manager Settings tab. This will include adding your company’s logo for sub-user login and white labeling abilities (logo must be 160px X 60px and max size of 100 KB), and creating your own personalized login URL.
2. Once you have uploaded your logo and added your customized URL, you will be able to click the Invite Users button in the upper left hand corner in order to invite your associate photographers into your account.
3. Fill out all of the information about your new associate photographer and then invite them into their new sub user account.
4. After inviting in your new associate photographer, you will be able to change their General Settings, Permissions, Email Preferences and Credit Restrictions.

Every PhotoUp client account receives a tiered level of free photo storage upon signup ranging from 10GB to 240GB. Each time a client exceeds their storage level (free or paid) and has BackUp Center activated, their account will be assigned another 100GB storage block.

We are also pleased to announce BackUp Center is available for only $7.99 per month for each 100GB storage block which exceeds a plan’s free storage.

BackUp Center also comes with settings to control how long you wish to keep photos. You may archive photos forever or from one to five years. Additionally, clients can choose to backup any combination of original raw images, full resolution edited images and additional export sizes of edited images as desired.

If a client has not activated BackUp Center, once the free storage level is reached, photo addresses will be permanently removed from their account starting with the oldest addresses first until the account storage level drops below the free storage level.

BackUp Center is a month-to-month on demand service which can be discontinued or put on hold at any time. Billing is based on your max storage needs on any given month.

So for example, if your account needed 140GB of additional paid storage, you would be charged for two 100GB storage blocks for a total of $15.98 per month.

With this design, we aimed for simple and we feel it perfectly reflects our desire to simplify things around here and start sharing more of who we are and what we believe.

In addition to redesigning our website, we’ve also gone back to the drawing board and redesigned our user interface and how we approach real estate photo editing, all of which has lead to the impending release of PhotoUp Version 2 (PUV2) in early March.
