Yes. We’ll send you a proof within 2-business days to review your house portrait. We offer two free revisions should you desire any minor changes. Once you approve a proof no further chances can be made.

This can vary depending on the size of house portrait you are ordering. As a rule of thumb, we recommend the longest side be at least 3,000 pixels wide at 150 dpi or greater. All photos taken on a modern smartphone will meet this requirement. If you only have a low resolution photo, you will need to select our illustration style, which does not have a minimum file size.

Yes! Non-digital files (or a picture of a non-digital photo) require you to choose our illustration style, as this style is hand-drawn from scratch by our in-house illustrators.

All three of our watercolor house portrait styles start as digital files. This means we either apply advanced photo processing or hand drawn illustration to accomplish a watercolor look via digital graphic design software and tools. This allows for maximum flexibility should you want minor revisions once we send you a proof of your house portrait, and if you order the digital file, allows you to share it easily with friends and order your own prints.

Yes. We offer major object removal. We can remove objects such as cars in a driveway, fences, trash cans, realtor signs or people. Make sure you select the Major Object Removal option under Extras when ordering.

Yes. We first complete a round of real estate photo editing to your image prior to starting the digital watercolor conversion process.

Due to the highly custom nature of house portrait products, we do not accept returns on house portraits. That said, if you are unhappy with your proof PRIOR to approval, we offer two free revisions. Please contact our support team with photos if your house portrait was damaged in the mail and we’ll work with you to send a replacement as soon as possible.
