<p>In real estate photography, lighting plays a significant role in presenting a property in a captivating and accurate manner.</p>

<p class="custom-text" style="font-size:28px">Lighting takes center stage in real estate photography. The wrong lighting can ruin a real estate photoshoot, while the proper lighting can mean a quicker, higher-priced sale.&nbsp;</p>

<p>This post will discuss 7 expert tips for real estate photography lighting that will guarantee you the best results.</p>

<p>Before we jump into lighting tips, let’s first understand why lighting is so important for real estate photography.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="why-lighting-is-important-in-real-estate-photography">Why Lighting Is Important in Real Estate Photography</h2>

<p><a href="https://www.photoup.net/learn/the-importance-of-lighting-for-real-estate-photography">Lighting</a> plays a significant role in almost any category of photography. Seasoned photographers know how to use lighting to determine a mood or ambiance or to draw out certain elements in the photo.&nbsp;</p>

<figure class="wp-block-gallery alignwide has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex">
<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img fetchpriority="high" decoding="async" width="770" height="510" data-id="34635" src="https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12121233/2S86PY0R.jpg" alt="Before: Original Photo" class="wp-image-34635" srcset="https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12121233/2S86PY0R.jpg 770w, https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12121233/2S86PY0R-300x199.jpg 300w, https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12121233/2S86PY0R-768x509.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 770px) 100vw, 770px" /><figcaption class="wp-element-caption">Before: Original Photo</figcaption></figure>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img decoding="async" width="770" height="513" data-id="34636" src="https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12121242/1I7N37KT.jpg" alt="After: Real Estate Photo Editing by PhotoUp" class="wp-image-34636" srcset="https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12121242/1I7N37KT.jpg 770w, https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12121242/1I7N37KT-300x200.jpg 300w, https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12121242/1I7N37KT-768x512.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 770px) 100vw, 770px" /><figcaption class="wp-element-caption">After: Real Estate Photo Editing by PhotoUp</figcaption></figure>
</figure>

<p>In real estate photography, the lighting conditions vary, sometimes to extremes. The photographer might be shooting a sun-drenched backyard and deck, only to move indoors to shoot several dark rooms.</p>

<p>No matter how well decorated or stylish, most rooms look drab and uninviting in the wrong light. Too much light can also eliminate essential details in a photo, making it hard to see the space’s finer points.</p>

<p>Consider the following lighting considerations in real estate photography:</p>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>A poorly lit room could look unwelcoming</li>

<li>Excessive shadows can ruin the texture of furniture or other decor</li>

<li>Glare from windows or overhead lighting can blur important features</li>

<li>The wrong lighting will throw off the colors in terms of balance and accuracy</li>
</ul>

<p>In real estate photography, lighting can highlight a property&#8217;s best features and hide its flaws or do the exact opposite.</p>

<p>Therefore, mastering lighting is crucial for any real estate photographer.</p>

<p>With that in mind, we’ll share 7 lighting techniques that real estate photographers use to capture a property in its best light.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="7-real-estate-photography-lighting-tips">7 Real Estate Photography Lighting Tips</h2>

</figure>

<p>Here are 7 real estate photography lighting tips that will deliver the best results each time.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-1-make-the-most-of-natural-lighting">1. Make the Most of Natural Lighting</h3>

<p>Generally, most rooms look more appealing if shot under natural lighting, particularly if the space has large windows or skylights.</p>

<p>Natural lighting typically best captures a room’s colors and textures. The same can be said for making a space seem larger than it actually is.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-gallery alignwide has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-3 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex">
<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="770" height="513" data-id="34664" src="https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12151429/2S26AS6Y.jpg" alt="" class="wp-image-34664" srcset="https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12151429/2S26AS6Y.jpg 770w, https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12151429/2S26AS6Y-300x200.jpg 300w, https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12151429/2S26AS6Y-768x512.jpg 768w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 770px) 100vw, 770px" /><figcaption class="wp-element-caption">Before: Original Photo</figcaption></figure>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="770" height="513" data-id="34665" src="https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12151433/1IT7EE9N.jpg" alt="After: Real Estate Photo Editing by PhotoUpvvvvvvvvv" class="wp-image-34665" srcset="https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12151433/1IT7EE9N.jpg 770w, https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12151433/1IT7EE9N-300x200.jpg 300w, https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12151433/1IT7EE9N-768x512.jpg 768w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 770px) 100vw, 770px" /><figcaption class="wp-element-caption">After: Real Estate Photo Editing by PhotoUp</figcaption></figure>
</figure>

<p>Here are a few things to keep in mind when shooting real estate photography in natural lighting:</p>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Keep an eye out for glare, which can distort the image</li>

<li>Shadows can be inviting or distracting, so take a few test shots first to check the shadows</li>

<li>Typically, midday is the best time for natural lighting</li>

<li>Pay attention to excessive contrast caused by unbalanced natural light</li>

<li>Know the direction the house faces so you won’t be surprised by the location of the sun</li>
</ul>

<p>Real estate photography lighting isn’t an either-or proposition. Experiment with mixing natural lighting with artificial interior lighting sources and flashes.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-2-hdr-is-ideal-for-real-estate-photography">2. HDR Is Ideal for Real Estate Photography</h3>

<p>HDR photography is a good choice for real estate situations since it makes it easy to capture detail while maintaining balanced lighting.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-gallery alignwide has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-4 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex">
<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="770" height="513" data-id="34648" src="https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12144616/3-Exposures-3.png" alt="Before: Original Photo - Three Exposures" class="wp-image-34648" srcset="https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12144616/3-Exposures-3.png 770w, https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12144616/3-Exposures-3-300x200.png 300w, https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12144616/3-Exposures-3-768x512.png 768w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 770px) 100vw, 770px" /><figcaption class="wp-element-caption">Before: Original Photo &#8211; Three Exposures</figcaption></figure>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="770" height="513" data-id="34651" src="https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12144627/R2AYAAYY.jpg" alt="After: HDR Real Estate Photography by PhotoUp" class="wp-image-34651" srcset="https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12144627/R2AYAAYY.jpg 770w, https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12144627/R2AYAAYY-300x200.jpg 300w, https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12144627/R2AYAAYY-768x512.jpg 768w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 770px) 100vw, 770px" /><figcaption class="wp-element-caption">After: HDR Real Estate Photography by PhotoUp</figcaption></figure>
</figure>

<p>Even the best camera and lens can’t capture the entire range of light in a room or space.</p>

<p>Bracketing photography&nbsp;provides several exposures at various shutter speeds so you can&nbsp;blend pictures in post-production.</p>

<p>The primary advantage of HDR photography is that it captures a broader range of details and allows you to manipulate highlights and shadows for the desired effect.&nbsp;</p>

<p>If you’re concerned about natural-looking results,&nbsp;HDR&nbsp;photography is easily adjusted to enhance highlights and shadows in a natural-looking way across rooms and spaces of the property.</p>

<p>For more details, read this piece on <a href="https://www.photoup.net/learn/hdr-vs-flash-for-real-estate-photography">which is best: HDR vs. flash for real estate photography</a>.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-3-use-a-light-meter-to-assess-lighting-levels">3. Use a Light Meter to Assess Lighting Levels</h3>

<figure class="wp-block-gallery alignwide has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-5 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex">
<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="770" height="510" data-id="34653" src="https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12144750/2S8428SY.jpg" alt="Before: Original Photo" class="wp-image-34653" srcset="https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12144750/2S8428SY.jpg 770w, https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12144750/2S8428SY-300x199.jpg 300w, https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12144750/2S8428SY-768x509.jpg 768w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 770px) 100vw, 770px" /><figcaption class="wp-element-caption">Before: Original Photo</figcaption></figure>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="770" height="512" data-id="34654" src="https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12144755/R2PAR44A.jpg" alt="After: Real Estate Photo Editing by PhotoUp" class="wp-image-34654" srcset="https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12144755/R2PAR44A.jpg 770w, https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12144755/R2PAR44A-300x199.jpg 300w, https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12144755/R2PAR44A-768x511.jpg 768w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 770px) 100vw, 770px" /><figcaption class="wp-element-caption">After: Real Estate Photo Editing by PhotoUp</figcaption></figure>
</figure>

<p>An accurate light meter is an essential piece of real estate photography gear. Given the variations of lighting levels you will face at almost every property, you should master using one for all your photos.</p>

<p>The meter will help you more accurately judge the light levels in each scene so you can adjust your settings to achieve correct exposure every time.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Here are a few things to keep in mind when it comes to light meters:</p>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Some cameras have an integrated light meter</li>

<li>Make sure you take the time needed to use the meter properly</li>

<li>Test the meter in different lighting conditions to gauge it’s capabilities</li>
</ul>

<p>Remember, consistent and accurate exposure is one of the hallmarks of high-quality real estate photography.</p>

<p>Wondering what other equipment you might need? Take a look at <a href="https://www.photoup.net/learn/gear-for-real-estate-photography">what gear you actually need for real estate photography</a>.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="770" height="512" data-id="34657" src="https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12144834/R2P4882Y.jpg" alt="After: Real Estate Photo Editing by PhotoUp" class="wp-image-34657" srcset="https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12144834/R2P4882Y.jpg 770w, https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12144834/R2P4882Y-300x199.jpg 300w, https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12144834/R2P4882Y-768x511.jpg 768w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 770px) 100vw, 770px" /><figcaption class="wp-element-caption">After: Real Estate Photo Editing by PhotoUp</figcaption></figure>
</figure>

<p>This tip is straightforward. You want the lighting and exposure levels to be the same from room to room.</p>

<p>Simply put, your listing photos will look odd and poorly done if some rooms are dark and full of shadows while others are bright and light-filled.</p>

<p>To avoid random-looking results, walk around the entire property first to determine the best lighting strategy for each room and space.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Also, try not to change lighting, flashes, and settings as you go from room to room. Keep everything the same unless necessary and address issues during the editing phase.&nbsp;</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-5-bounce-flashes-are-your-friend">5. Bounce Flashes Are Your Friend</h3>

<p>If you encounter situations where you need additional light, a bounce <a href="https://www.photoup.net/learn/best-flash-for-real-estate-photography">flash</a> will help you add light while keeping it as natural-looking as possible.</p>

<p>Bouncing the flash off the ceiling or walls and ceiling will diffuse the light to mimic daylight.</p>

<p>Here are a few tips for working with bounce flash:</p>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Experiment with various angles and positions to see which works best</li>

<li>Aim to distribute the light as broadly and evenly as possible</li>

<li>Start by bouncing the flash off the higher part of the wall behind you</li>

<li>Keep in mind the location of windows, mirrors, and other reflective surfaces</li>
</ul>

<p>Bounce flash can be handy on overcast days and when natural light is difficult to come by in a space or room.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-6-avoid-using-mixed-lighting-sources-in-real-estate-photography">6. Avoid Using Mixed Lighting Sources in Real Estate Photography</h3>

<p>Yes, there will be times when you need to mix artificial and natural lighting sources for your shoot. However, try to avoid doing so whenever possible.&nbsp;</p>

<figure class="wp-block-gallery alignwide has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-8 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex">
<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="770" height="513" data-id="34667" src="https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12151500/I3IN53NN.jpg" alt="Before: Original Photo" class="wp-image-34667" srcset="https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12151500/I3IN53NN.jpg 770w, https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12151500/I3IN53NN-300x200.jpg 300w, https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12151500/I3IN53NN-768x512.jpg 768w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 770px) 100vw, 770px" /><figcaption class="wp-element-caption">Before: Original Photo</figcaption></figure>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="770" height="514" data-id="34668" src="https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12151503/1IT7EE9T.jpg" alt="After: Real Estate Photo Editing by PhotoUp" class="wp-image-34668" srcset="https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12151503/1IT7EE9T.jpg 770w, https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12151503/1IT7EE9T-300x200.jpg 300w, https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/12151503/1IT7EE9T-768x513.jpg 768w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 770px) 100vw, 770px" /><figcaption class="wp-element-caption">After: Real Estate Photo Editing by PhotoUp</figcaption></figure>
</figure>

<p>The color temperature will vary, sometimes significantly, when using different light sources.</p>

<p>For example, think about the following when it comes to lighting:</p>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Natural light tends to be cooler in temperature, often casting a bluish tint</li>

<li>However, natural light temperatures will vary depending on the time of day</li>

<li>Artificial lighting tends to cast red or yellow tints</li>

<li>Also, artificial light tends to be warmer</li>
</ul>

<p>If you start mixing lighting sources, you might find delivering uniform, natural-looking results challenging.</p>

<p>Take a look at <a href="https://www.photoup.net/learn/low-contrast-vs-high-contrast-for-real-estate-photography">low contrast vs high contrast for real estate photography</a> for more information.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-7-real-estate-photography-lighting-tip-plan-the-shoot-ahead-nbsp">7. Real Estate Photography Lighting Tip &#8211; Plan the Shoot Ahead&nbsp;</h3>

<p>Few things are worse than showing up at a property and realizing you don’t have the lighting equipment you need or that the natural light will be problematic.</p>

<p>Therefore, our last real estate photography lighting tip is to plan ahead. If possible, visit the property before the shoot to learn the following:</p>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>What direction does the property face?</li>

<li>What is the angle of the light at certain times of the day?</li>

<li>Will the size or placement of windows and outside view be an issue?</li>
</ul>

<p>Finally, check the weather a day or so ahead of your shoot. Aim to shoot on clear, sunny days whenever possible.&nbsp;</p>

<p>To learn more about when to take your photos, take a look at <a href="https://www.photoup.net/learn/best-time-to-take-exterior-real-estate-photography">the best time to take exterior real estate photography</a>.</p>

<p>Each of the above tips has advantages and disadvantages, and the choice depends on the property&#8217;s specific requirements and your photography style.</p>

<p>Finally, we have one last expert tip: use the best real estate photo editing service for all your listing photos.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Navigating different <a href="https://www.photoup.net/learn/real-estate-photography-lighting-tips">lighting choices for real estate photographers</a> can be tricky. Proper lighting is arguably the most important element to consider when creating good photography. </p>

<p>When shooting real estate, natural lighting brings out the beauty in every property, making sure each angle and feature stand out and capture potential buyers’ attention.&nbsp;</p>

<p>At the same time, when shooting indoors or at night you can use artificial lighting to help create a dynamic scene and enhance the best features of the space that would otherwise look dull or stay hidden in darkness.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Ultimately, lighting as part of photography helps to capture properties in vivid detail and make your images stand out from the competition. </p>

<p>No matter what kind of subject you&#8217;re photographing – lighting plays an equally vital role! So let&#8217;s take a look at what lighting choices you have when shooting real estate.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="how">How to Choose the Right Lighting (6 Tips)</h2>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="770" height="433" src="https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/03070012/tom-pumford-HpPlM76UJu0-unsplash-1-e1675378832123.jpg" alt="lighting choices for real estate photographers" class="wp-image-20555" srcset="https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/03070012/tom-pumford-HpPlM76UJu0-unsplash-1-e1675378832123.jpg 770w, https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/03070012/tom-pumford-HpPlM76UJu0-unsplash-1-e1675378832123-300x169.jpg 300w, https://cdn-wp.photoup.net/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/03070012/tom-pumford-HpPlM76UJu0-unsplash-1-e1675378832123-768x432.jpg 768w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 770px) 100vw, 770px" /></figure>

<p>When it comes to shooting a property, natural or available light should always be your first option. It&#8217;s free, looks natural, and is especially good for taking interior photos and avoiding harsh flash shadows.&nbsp;</p>

<p>However, available light doesn&#8217;t always give you the exact look you&#8217;re going for or provide enough light depending on the photo you&#8217;re snapping and the time of day.</p>

<p>Here are 6 lighting tips to consider:&nbsp;</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. Available Light&nbsp;&nbsp;</h3>

<p><a href="https://www.photoup.net/learn/9-useful-techniques-in-taking-perfect-interior-shots">Available light</a> is always the best option; the natural light coming through windows, combined with interior lights can produce beautiful results &#8211; if they are close in brightness.&nbsp;</p>

<p>However, this is only controlled by the time of day and may lead to strange shadows or uneven lighting at times.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. Single On-Camera Flash in Automatic Mode&nbsp;</h3>

<p>Alternatively, you might want to try using one single on-camera flash that’s set up in automatic mode. Overall, a single on-camera flash can give you great illumination.&nbsp;</p>

<p>This is ideal for small spaces where its lower power won&#8217;t cause too many reflection issues or create flat images. But it likely wouldn&#8217;t give enough output when shooting larger spaces since the single flash doesn’t have enough power.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">3. Multiple Flashes Using Manual Mode&nbsp;&nbsp;</h3>

<p>Multiple flashes are usually needed if you&#8217;d like to create evenly distributed lighting throughout an area. Additionally, manual flashes offer the advantage of reliable triggering and near-maximum window brightness.&nbsp;</p>

<p>However, time is required for mastering setup techniques. For those who desire quick results, e-TTL or CLS auto modes from camera manufacturers provide an even distribution of light but may be expensive as all <a href="https://www.photoup.net/learn/gear-for-real-estate-photography">gear</a> must match that manufacturer&#8217;s brand in order for it to work properly. </p>

<p>Not ideal if you&#8217;re on a budget!&nbsp;</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">4. Use a Bounced Flash</h3>

<p>Use a bounced flash to reveal details in the shadows. Real estate photography professionals often rely on a bouncing flash because it’s excellent in order to fill a room with soft, even light.&nbsp;</p>

<p>To best do this, try bouncing the flash off the ceiling. However, you need to keep the ceiling itself outside the frame of your shot. Otherwise, you end up with a blown-out white spot on the ceiling or wall in your image.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Also, bounced flash works best if the ceiling is a relatively neutral color. Neutral grays and whites work best, so, look for white or near-white ceilings and/or walls.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">5. Hot Lights</h3>

<p>Hot lights or studio-style continuous (always-on) lights are easy because they can always show what your final image will look like in your viewfinder. They work best if you need an even spread of lighting over an entire room as they can provide greater coverage than a flash or natural light source alone.&nbsp;</p>

<p>However, this entails heaps of additional bulky gear, which lessens speed while taking shots.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">6. High Dynamic Range (HDR)</h3>

<p><a href="https://www.photoup.net/learn/best-hdr-photography-before-after-examples">HDR</a> is your go-to tool when shooting on the fly. It&#8217;s quick, easy, and inexpensive to throw together a series of shots for processing later &#8211; no expensive lighting equipment is required.</p>

<p>Finding that right tone mapping balance can be tricky at first but with practice, you&#8217;ll master it in no time. Plus new HDR software pops up regularly, so applying its effects has become super smooth sailing, yielding more realistic results than ever before.</p>

<p>It’s definitely worth doing some research before deciding how best to use various forms of photographic lighting efficiently and effectively. For any situation, experiment until your shots look just right!</p>

<p>Photographing your home can be a tricky process and choosing the best time of day to do so is key.&nbsp;</p>

<p>As a photographer, I believe the best time for real estate photography is during the <a href="https://www.photoup.net/learn/why-is-twilight-real-estate-photo-editing-so-powerful">golden hours</a>: early morning and late afternoon. </p>

<p>During these times, the long shadows created by the soft, diffused light make spaces appear larger and can offer a romantic glow look to your photos.&nbsp;</p>

<p>In order to capture stunning photos of a property at its best, timing is essential. If you aim to get remarkable photos, consider taking them in these prime lighting conditions of the golden hour.</p>
